# Treasury and Team Mint

**Treasury Mint**

On October 20th 9:50am EST, the Hello Charlie NFT Team commenced their Treasury and Team mint, and overall getting the Hello Charlie Token numbers: <mark style="background-color:blue;">**1 to 375**</mark>\
\ <mark style="background-color:blue;">300</mark> of the 375 minted is stored in Ledger (1): 0xc83e81f110C319F5F39634fB2C5f6DCa496387e5\
\
These 300 minted will be used in further growing the reach and use of Hello Charlie. It will mostly be distributed to future Partners and Users, most specifically relevant NFT Brands/Projects, and Web2 and Web3 Enterprise partners. It will also be used as rewards on Community Events and future Roadshow events.\
\
Note: If the Treasury and Team (375 tokens) mints a 1/1, it will be raffed off to the community\
Update: The team minted 1/1 Box Charlie with the Token Number 30. This will be scheduled to be raffled off soon.

**Team Mint**

75 of the 375 is used for the Team Mint and for payments and is distributed as follows:\
\ <mark style="background-color:blue;">18</mark> for the team (9 members, 2 mints each)\ <mark style="background-color:blue;">27</mark> for family and friends (9 members, 3 friends each)\ <mark style="background-color:blue;">30</mark> is used for payments and bonuses for the moderators and contributors
